The artwork in the hotel really caught my eye, and I loved spending time at the rooftop bar with a bottle of wine for under $25! There were great places to unwind, like the rooftop and the cozy lounge area. One small bummer was the early 11:00 a.m. room cleaning request, which I found a bit confusing, but overall, I had a fantastic stay! 🍷

The rooftop bar was a highlight for sure! I sat there for hours just drinking a bottle of wine and soaking in the atmosphere, felt like I could escape the world.

I appreciated the presence of USB charging ports. The phone in my room did not work, so I had to go to the front desk for every inquiry. The restaurant staff were professional, but I was annoyed to find out upon arrival that my room wouldn't be cleaned unless I made a request by 11 a.m. This was not communicated during check-in. One desk clerk was quite rude, which added to my discomfort. I won't recommend this hotel to friends due to these issues.

i had such a great time at this hotel! my previous visit to cleveland was nice, but this stay totally exceeded my expectations. the cozy room and attentive staff made my couple of days feel very special.

We had a wonderful time exploring the area's rich musical history, especially at the GRAMMY Museum Mississippi. My granddaughter loved the interactive exhibits, and we spent quality moments enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The food at the hotel was also a delightful surprise!

My kids wished there was a pool for them to enjoy during our stay.

Our stay was for two nights while visiting family. The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. there was hair and trash that hadn't been cleaned. The room decor was nice, particularly the chandeliers, but overall, the lack of cleanliness really affected my experience.
